Post Production Wrapping Up

Well I haven’t posted anything on this, the official supafraud website because we have been making all of our updates on Facebook (facebook.com/supafraud). If you haven’t already, I encourage you to please “like” supafraud to stay updated on all news etc. That being said I still thought I ought to post something on the official website to first of all thank everyone who has helped in the production of “Local Hero”. It’s been a bit crazy at times but I think we’ve managed to pull it off, so huge fat sloppy thanks to everyone!
I also wanted to let everyone know that while we have wrapped production, I am still making some minor tweaks to the visual effects, color grading, and audio. I’m suuuuper (or supa?) close to being finished and will keep you informed about the premiere etc as soon as we have a date/venue.
I also wanted to let you know that we made the Sundance deadline and so our name is in the hat. I’ll know by Dec 6th if we get picked. Sundance isn’t the only festival we will be submitting to, so I’ll keep you up to date on other festivals as well.
Anyhoo, thank you everyone! I can’t say it enough. Stay tuned for awesome news and keep those fingers crossed for Sundance!

We are looking for music for our soundtrack! Please email us or contact us on our Facebook page if you either have some music you would like to submit or even a band recommendation. Obviously this could be a great opportunity for unsigned bands that want a lot of free exposure because of the amount of festivals we will be submitting to, so it’s a win win!
Doing post work as we go

So while we are still feverishly trying to lock down locations, acquire props, and shoot, we are also doing as much of the post work that we can in order to make our deadline. Above is a screen shot from a scene we shot last weekend. The more we work on this, the more we are beginning to realize that we can add “action” to the list of genres this movie flirts with.
